Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Domestic shipping is $5.00, insurance is included.

International delivery is calculated upon checkout. We will determine the best shipping method based on Customer's location. Insurance is optional.

All items are expertly packed. Our shipments are packed to give the buyer absolutely NO worries about theft or pilferage. Our return address gives the shop-owners name rather than the business name, and no insurance stickers or stamps give any clues as to the valuable contents.

Buyer pays shipping, handling, and insurance. (Insurance is included in domestic shipping) Items are shipped Mon, Wed, and Fri via USPS.

Please let us know if you have an urgent shipping time requirement. We will make every effort to ship your item in the time you specify.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.
