I am at my computer at least once a day; when you contact me, I will get back to you within 24 hours.
HOWEVER:
In late fall and early spring we move; from Vermont to Florida, and back. A special note will be displayed at the top of each page to inform you.
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.
Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance.
Restocking Fee:
As stated in the 'Return Policy' Procedure, returning an item that is not as you had hoped is no problem. Shipping costs will not be refunded, and I do charge a 15% re-stocking fee.
In the event an item has been customized, an appropriate charge may be deducted for the customization. Please inquire about the re-stocking fee if you are considering an item that has to be customized.
After placing an order I will send you an order confirmation and - in a separate email - a Ruby Lane invoice with the correct shipping and insurance fees. I expect an answer within 48 hours of sending you these messages, if I haven't heard from you by then chances are that the item will be put back up for sale.
