The base for these earrings is carefully shaped into a teardrop shape, then hammered to give it strength and support. The outside of this frame is wrapped with sterling silver wire, and small creamy fresh water seed pearls. These pearls give the earrings a soft, lacey and feminine appearance. The inside of the frame is embellished with small Thai Karen Hill Fine Silver etched beads, with at the center a large Fancy cut Light Violet Amethyst.
