Set of 6 Unused Gold Encrusted Hutschenreuther Selb Bavaria Service Chargers

Beautiful set of six, thick gold, encrusted, service charger plates by Hutschenreuther. These have not been used, there are no utensil marks or wear to the gold or the floral area. Each plate is 10 7/8" and weighs just over 1 1/2 pounds. The heavy gilded area is decorated with a magnificently ornate design that covers the 2 inch rim and continues another 3/4" around the rounded edge of the well. I've included several photos at different angles to the light so you can see the ornate details of the wonderful, intricate design. (Any gray areas in the white portion of the plates are from shadows cast by the camera and equipment and not in the plate) Each is stamped with the green underglaze mark Hutschenreuther Selb with Lion L.H.S. Bavaria and the number 42. Condition: Excellent Condition, No Chips, No Cracks, No Crazing, No Utensil Marks. No gold is missing, however, there are a few very minor scratches in the thin gold line that separates the thick encrusted design in the rounded well from the floral design and I believe these are from stacking.
