Beautiful landscape oil painting of Balmoral by Listed British Artist F.G. Trott. Trott was a painter of landscapes and street scenes and worked mostly in the western part of Great Britain. He lived in Clifton Bristol England and exhibited at the RWA from 1935 to 1937. The Royal West of England Academy has held exhibitions of contemporary art since 1844. He passed away in 1960. The painting is signed in the lower left hand corner "F.G. Trott" and, as he did on most of his paintings, there is hand lettering on the back of the canvas reading "Balmoral F. G. Trott. 1960". The painting is in excellent condition. The gold Frame is also in very good condition with some minor scratches. The size of the frame is approximately 30.5" inches by 26 1/2" inches. The canvas is 24" inches by 20 " inches.
