WOW - an original Coca-Cola Buddy Lee Doll, including his original outfit. This doll is composition, not plastic. The doll has a hole in the bottom of his left foot. The hole was to allow the doll to “stand on” a vertical rod to keep the doll erect for display purposes. This doll, along with three other designs, was originally used in men’s clothing stores to draw attention to the store’s line of Buddy Lee clothing. We purchased the doll from a girl who’s dad worked for Coca-Cola for more than 50 years.

The doll stands 12” tall without his hat, about 13” with the hat. There is a small crack on the visor’s cap and some paint loss on the back of the head, otherwise we feel this doll is in excellent condition, circa 1950’s.
