"Tammy Type " Fashion Doll in Original Dress

12" Tammy Type fashion doll in her original stripe dress. Doll has the AE mark which was used by many doll companies in the 50's and 60's. Companies such as Eegee, Valentine, Deluxe Reading and Nasco to name a few. These companies often made copies of popular dolls of the time. This doll has side glancing blue eyes and light coral lips. She has rooted honey blonde hair that is very thick. The hair is of a nice quality. She has the same body structure as the early Tammy dolls, straight legs with the soft arms. She wears her factory made dress of stripe cotton in multi colors. White plastic shoes complete her look. She is in excellent condition with nice color and no stains. Her dress is clean with no tears in the fabric. Marks: AE on the back of her head. Circa 1964. Nicely done Tammy type.
