Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays a flat fee for shipping and insurance within the 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii and foreign shipping is determine upon location. Seller will not ship to a Latin American country. Shipping costs are not refundable, if the item is returned to the seller.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
McClendon Antiques offers a layaway program for anything that is over $300 in value. The layaway policy is that 25% must be paid on first day of purchasing and 25% must be paid every 30 days until total sum is received by the seller. Maximum layaway program is four months. Layaways items cannot be return and money deposits are not refundable if item is not totally paid for within four months. If customer defaults on monthly payments; the customer looses all partial payments and the item can be sold to another individual. South Dakota residents pay 6% sales tax.
