A beautiful French silver coffee pot with carved wood handle, created by Risler & Carre, a Tetard successor! The pot bears two Minerve I guarantee marks (on the pot and lid) for .950 silver, which is purer than sterling (.925); plus the hallmark of Risler & Carre, who commenced trading in 1899 at 16, rue du Faubourg Saint Honore, Paris.
