Fabulous Vintage Red Micromosaic Tabletop Picture Frame

A darling vintage Italian micromosaic picture frame with brass back and easel, 4 5/8” tall X 3¼” wide – not a wimpy miniature thing! An old paper ‘Italy’ label was on the back and fell off somewhere along the way, but I do guarantee this to be an Italian frame.

The oval opening has its original glass and will hold a 3” X 2¼” picture. Tiny red background tiles surround the arrangement of yellow, lavender and blue flowers across the top and on either bottom side, while black and white tiles finish off the edges. Not a single micromosaic tile is missing – it’s in excellent condition.
