Though this type of glass is often called ‘end of day’, that’s actually a misnomer in most cases. The correct term is ‘spatter’ or ‘spattered’ glass, and the color combinations were usually carefully chosen for the most pleasing effect. When flecks of silver or mica are also included, as is the case here, it’s called ‘spangled’ glass.
There were many different companies in the U.S. and England producing this type of glass in the 1880-90’s, none of which was signed, so the exact maker cannot be determined. This lovely vase is in excellent condition and has no flaws or issues of any kind. You may feel a minute speck of roughness on the rim where a piece of silver is exposed, but this occurred when made and is not a flake or other damage.
