Large gold tone filigree openwork frame surrounding this gorgeous Ivory (pre-banned) antique Cameo pendant with Sterling silver chain. Very slight aging for such an old piece and overall it is in very good condition with some patina on the fine link chain. The pendant area measures 1 3/8 x 1 3/4 and the chain 18 inches.
