Great older bar pin which has some finish loss and a fair amount of patina. The color showing thru looks to be brass but this is a heavier piece and could be mostly Sterling based on the patina. No way to test it but this is a fantastic open work pin with pretty yellowish cabochons. Polishing this piece would probably clear up its material makeup but as it, it is quite an interesting brooch. Heavier quality piece measuring 7/16 x 3 inches.
