Handbag Finery: Glamorous Koret purses and handbags were the favorite of Ava Gardner and many of the other stars during back in the late 1950's & 1960's. This classic Koret would be a beautiful accessory for a business or evening suit or fine cocktail party. Like new condition. The true color is a dark navy (almost looks black) wool with floral stitched detailing over entire handbag although the flash from the camera at times makes it appear royal blue. Don't overlook the beautiful gold tone clasp and decorative handles. The Inside has the divided sections, black and gold satin, with small change purse attached with an elegant chain. Craftsmanship is superior.
