Medusa's Stones wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us via email or phone within 3 business days of receiving your order to arrange for return and refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling. We do not charge a restocking fee on any returned item. Please state the reason for return.

Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We ship smaller items via USPS First Class Mail; larger items will ship via USPS Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS Global priority Mail. All items are insured.

Second Day and Next Day shipping are also available.

Domestic shipping charges are calculated when you place your order. Save on multiple items shipped to the same address. We will adjust shipping charges after you place your order.

International shipping charges will be calculated after your order is received.

Medusa’s Stones ships to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, Ireland, Sweden, Brazil, Denmark, Italy, France, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, India, Switzerland, Malaysia and most other countries worldwide. Please contact us about your specific country.

International orders must use PayPal.

After you place an order, Medusa's Stones will email a confirmation that your order was placed within 48 hours. Your order will ship within 2 business day of receiving your Visa, MasterCard or PayPal payment or within 5 business days of receiving your check or money order.


*Damage Policy*

Medusa’s Stones makes every effort to package your purchase to minimize the risk of damage during shipment. Should your purchase arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. Please do not repack or mail the damaged items back to us. We will advise you of how to obtain a refund.

If you are ordering multiple items, please wait until we contact you with updated shipping charges before making your payment.

PayPal payments are due within 3 business days. International orders must use PayPal.

Visa or MasterCard payments are due within 3 business days. Please call us at 773-792-2147 or email us a telephone number and the best time to call and we'll contact you to process your payment.

Illinois residents, 9% sales tax will be added to your purchase price.

If you have not processed your payment or contacted us in a timely manner after we contact you with shipping charges, the purchase will be voided and the item will be relisted.

Medusa's Stones wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us via email or phone within 3 business days of receiving your order to arrange for return and refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling. We do not charge a restocking fee on any returned item. Please state the reason for return. The item must then be returned within 7 business days, in its original packaging, insured for its purchase price, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you, with any tags and identifications intact. Buyer pays for return shipping and insurance. After verifying that the returned item is as originally sent, we will issue you a refund. Store credit is also available, if you prefer.

Restocking Fee:
We do not charge a restocking fee on any returned item. Return postage and insurance are at the buyer’s expense. Refunds or shop credit is for the purchase price only and does not include shipping and handling charges.

Other Information:
Illinois residents, 10.25% sales tax will be added to your purchase price.
