We try very hard to respond to orders & questions within 48 hours, but due to some issues beyond our control (since moving our internet connection has been problematic!) there may be times where there could be a delay. Please rest assured your orders and questions are extremely important to us and we will respond a.s.a.p.
Maye's Meadow stands behind all items in inventory, describes all items honestly, and when possible furnishes multiple photos for each piece to make your internet shopping experience a better & easier one.
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.
Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer responsible for actual cost of shipping, handling & insurance.
US purchases are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First Class mail when requested. Shipping charge per item is determined by weight of package to be mailed and insurance is optional but suggested.
Multiple items can be combined for lower shipping charges.
We also ship WORLDWIDE for international orders! Services include International First Class and Priority Mail (where available).
Maye's Meadow will package & send all orders with TLC, and will not be held responsible for damage during shipping. In the event that damage does occur, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to address all claims to the shipping agent. It is recommended that all packaging, etc. be kept if such problems do arise.
Restocking Fee:
NO restocking fee is charged on a returned item that was described improperly or was not as shown in the photograph. There will be also NO restocking fee charged if the wrong item was sent- thankfully, we have never encountered this problem!
A 20% restocking fee WILL be charged & deducted from the refund/credit for all other items.
Other Information:
Forms of payment accepted from US customers include: Check, money order, cashier's check, well hidden cash (at your own risk!) & Paypal payments.
SORRY- NO CREDIT CARDS OTHER THAN THROUGH PAYPAL'S WEBSITE!
PLEASE make all checks/money orders payable to Erika Saboe and send to address listed in shop header.
***International customers must pay either through Paypal, well hidden cash (at your own risk and best sent certified mail!), or Money Order in US funds!***
Payment that is mailed is expected within 2 weeks of date of sale, Paypal within 5 days- unless other arrangements are made with the shop. Maye's Meadow reserves the right to cancel your order if payment is not received in the time given above.
FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Although we make it our goal to have every customer leave a satisfied one we understand that you may need to return your item. Please contact the shop in the time-frame given in the Ruby Lane return guidelines, and DO NOT SHIP until you have received confirmation from the shop- this is for your safety and ours, to ensure your item will be received safely and processed correctly!
Please be sure your items are packed carefully and that the parcel is sent INSURED. We WILL NOT be responsible for items shipped prior to the shop's confirmation of the return, and will not be able to complete the transaction if your item is lost during transit or damaged due to improper packing.
