This watch is marked "14K GOLD ROSS" on the case, and is a Lady Elgin "Durapower" Mainspring. Gold numbers and hands. Watch band is not included, and the watch may need repair to get back into working order (I have not wound or otherwise tinkered with it).
Included is original book with certificate #F227295, hinged red Lucite presentation case with Elgin emblem, and original red cardboard box. Box shows wear & tear but has kept the Lucite in lovely condition! The box also sports the jeweler's sticker: J. Wittlig & Sons - Jewelers- Marietta, O.
Each piece is a collectible in itself; and together the items gain so much for making it through the decades intact. The watch alone, if just for the gold, is a high-ticket vintage piece- and the Lucite case with only minor scuffs is beautiful all on it's own.
Any Elgin collector would be proud to own the matching set!
