Return Policy

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Costs for shipping/handling/insurance are individually determined by item. Buyer pays shipping, handling and insurance costs on all returned items

Restocking Fee:
A minimum restocking fee of $1 per item will be charged on returned items, but will not exceed 10% of the total selling cost including shipping and handling for all items in a single purchase order. For items sold for under $10 in a single purchase order, the re-stocking fee will be 20% of the selling price of the item, including shipping and handling. The fee will be deducted from the return paypal payment or seller's business checking account. Buyer pays shipping, handling and insurance costs on all returned items. The refunded amount, minus the re-stocking fee, will include the original shipping, handling and insurance costs as reflected in the original payment to the seller.

Other Information:
6.75% or prevailing rate sales tax for all Illinois residents.
