This is a little vintage number that shows it's class. Braided strips of black, chocolate and latte velvet counter each other in a toque made by Jacques Chapeaux. A black grosgrain bow serves as the anchor for the medium gauge dot veil in black. The face veil measures 4", the brim is 2 1/2", the hat is 7" across and 20 1/2" in circumference. In addition to Jacques' label , there is also a union label. Please note: the veil does have large holes. Price reflects this.
