Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyers pays actual cost of postage/insurance plus a $2.00 handling charge to cover the cost of packing materials and fees associated with listing and selling the item. International shipping will be higher. Payment by check or money order must be received within 10 business days of purchase or item will be relisted. Paypal payments must be received within 3 days of purchase unless other arrangements have been made between buyer and seller.

Restocking Fee:
We charge a 15% restocking fee on all items returned. We charge a 20% restocking fee on all International items returned or cancelled. We do not refund postage or fees associated with the sale for any item returned. If a purchase is cancelled after payment has been received, the transaction will be considered a "return" and the restocking fee will be charged. No refunds on lay-aways.

Other Information:
An 8.65% sales tax will be added to those residents of New York City unless you have a current NYS Resale number.
