SOLD 14" Antique Chinahead w/Blond Hair & Original Clothes 1880

Here is an antique chinahead doll about 14". She has molded painted blond curls and nice face paint. she is marked, "Germany 3" on the back of her shoulderplate. She is on a kid body with bisque hands. The body has no holes, rips or damage and is gusseted at the hips. She wears what appears to be her original clothes or ones that are very appropriate to her: white cotton dress with pink embroidered flowers on the hem and pink stitching at the sleeves, waist and hem. Her pantaloons are white cotton and her socks are pink silk. She has a matching waist sash. There is no damage on the head, hands, clothes or body. She is from about 1880.
