Return Policy

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer will pay for shipping, a small handling fee and insurance if required or requested. You will receive a confirmation number to track your order. It is included in the handling fee. I apologize for this, but due to the delays in the Italian Post, I have to charge for registered mail for tracking purposes. The fee is $10.25 and will be added to shipping. Also, I will not be held responsible for the delay in time that Italian customs takes to go through their system. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
If paying by personal check, there will be a delay of shipping till check clears my bank. Usually about 7 working days. I will inform you when your items ships and will email a tracking number.
