The bowl is frosted glass with curving, zig zag lines extending to the stem. The stem and foot are all enameled gold.

The bottle is signed made in USA with the DeVilbiss script signature.

It stands 7" tall and has that great matte gold finish on the hardware. There are some scuff marks on the stem and foot but is nearly perfect.
