The wide stopper is decorated with intaglio roses with cut indents and ray like cut base. It is 4 1/2" wide.

The cut base is acid stamped ' made in Czechoslovakia '.

I see no chips on the base or stopper but most of the original dauber is gone and only a stub remains.

This is a very tall, wide impressive Czech perfume bottle from the 1920-30's.
