The stopper is a pierced, double intaglio one of a lady in a bonnet holding flowers. The flowers molded on the other side arch her head. 4 3/4" above lip.
The base is triangular with a flat front & back. It is fully cut & polished. It has an acid stamp signature 'made in Czechoslovakia ' and retains the round silver Irice label. It is 4" tall and 4" wide.
The original dauber is gone with only evidence of its presence. One base corner has a chip that is not noticeable as it looks like just another facet in the cutting.
