Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays all shipping charges and payment is expected within 5 days. . In the U.S. shipping is usually priority US mail, with a delivery confirmation with insurance. If you do not want insurance, I will ask that you decline it. I am happy to work with my customers. Global shipping is, to say the least, difficult to figure out - and becomes expensive, however, again, I am happy to work with my customers. You will be charged the insurance rate, unless you decline the insurance both on the form and in an email to me. In the event of a return or refund, any charges incurred by me, i.e. paypal charges, will be the responsibility of the buyer. My regular shipping days are Tuesday and Fridays but I will work with my customers in order to accommodate a gift or special item.

Restocking Fee:
We charge a 10% re-stocking fee on items returned unless the item was mis-represented on my part.

Other Information:
New York State residents will be charged 8.00% sales tax unless they are able to provide me with a tax exempt certificate.
