About Us
I am pleased to present you with Mariann Katz Original Jewelry Designs as well as vintage costume jewelry. My educational background is in art, including painting, drawing, photography, screen printing, art history, and design at the University of Denver and University of Montana. In addition, I was a designer for over 10 years in the woman's fashion industry. Many of my designs were sold worldwide.

I am the author of "The Collector's Encyclopedia of Majolica Pottery" published by Collector Books. This book was one of the first on the subject of American and English 19th century Majolica Pottery and has enjoyed international sales for over 15 years. My appreciation of the colors and natural textures of 19th century Majolica are an influence today in my original jewelry designs.

In addition I am offering my collection of Vintage Costume Jewelry and collectibles. I have been gathering antiques and vintage jewelry for over 42 years and selling to enthusiastic collectors like myself for almost 30 of those.
