Our Service Pledge To You:
I guarantee that all Mariah Boone custom jewelry are one-of-a-kind pieces that are made in my studio in Monterey, Virginia.

The Mariah Boone office is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. I will respond to orders with in two days during the business week. However, please note that I am closed Saturdays and Sundays.
 
Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling costs. Insurance is available, but not required.
Please do not attempt to return an item due to shipping damage. Should it occur in spite of our careful packaging, this must be handled through the shipping agent with an insurance claim. We will be happy to assist in this. Always be sure to retain all original packaging if a claim is to be made as the shipping agent will request to examine it.
If you purchase more than one item at one time, we will ship them together (if possible) to save you money on shipping.
All items are expertly packed and insured. Our shipments are packed to give the buyer absolutely NO worries about carrier theft or pilferage. Our return address reads "Mariah Boone", and no insurance stamps or stickers give any clues as to the valuable contents. Buyer pays shipping, handling and insurance. We will schedule UPS deliveries on request and ship once weekly.
Shipment: Shipment will not be processed until we receive a deposit via Paypal payment. (Please allow 5 banking days).
If you pay with a credit card, your item will be mailed on the next mailing day following receipt of funds in our accounts. PayPal and all credit card purchases will be shipped to verified/confirmed credit card billing addresses ONLY; please ensure that you give the correct shipping address on your Ruby Lane purchase order.
We take great care to securely package your purchase. All jewelry items are bubble wrapped. Insurance is available per customer's request for all items shipped within the United States and Canada. We ship First Class U.S. Mail within the U.S. and Canada. We are willing to ship to international customers as well, and will determine the best shipping method based on an international customer's location.
Please let us know if you have an urgent shipping time requirement. We will make every effort to ship your item to arrive in the time you specify. If we are not able to do so, we will notify you within 24 hours of receipt of the purchase order.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
Sales Tax of 5% will be added to all Virginia orders.
