Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays fixed amount to be determined at time of sale. Stamps will normally ship for $2 an item and multiple stamp purchases will be combined for 50 cents each add`l item. Payments from outside USA must be by Paypal.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
New York residents must pay appropriate sales tax.
Please make all checks payable to Marge Rolls. Personal checks are held 10 business days.
We also accept cashiers checks and money orders. Payments from outside USA must be by Paypal.
