Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
We prefer to use USPS whenever possible and require all packages to be insured. We charge 1.00 fee to cover insurance for US packages. Out of country packaging insurance to be determined at time of purchase. We charge only expense of shipping and insurance for US Sales. International by request with individual quote.
Packaging of larger items requiring custom box building may incur an extra minimal charge.
We ship items several times per week. Please let us know if you have an urgent shipping requirement. We will make every effort to ship your item to arrive in the time you specify.

Restocking Fee:
We charge a 10% restocking fee on all items returned.

Other Information:
No sales tax is charged, ever. We will ship you item within a 24 hour period of confirming your payment.
If you choose to send a Money Order or Certified Check, please make check out to Marcia Siebert, shop owner.
