Delft Blue and White Cow-Shaped China Creamer - Made in Holland

Made in Holland, this is an adorable white china creamer decorated with traditional blue designs of transferware windmills and flowers. The happy cow has a shock of blue hair between his light blue gray horns and blue eyes, nostrils and hooves. The cream is meant to be poured out through his open mouth. The top of the handle is also a light blue-gray. The piece is finished with a shiny clear glossy glaze. Stamped on the bottom is a seal made of a large rounded "E" surrounded by garlands of leaves and topped by a 3 pronged crown. Under the seal are the words "Delft Blue and Holland" There is another word or name between these two but it is too small to read. It is 4 1/2" tall, about 3 3/4" from front to back and 2 1/2" from side to The creamer is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, crackling or repairs. It is probably about 20-30 years old.
