Perfume/scent Bottle Miniature Lady's High Heeled Shoe

Here's an unusual little perfume bottle. It is a high quality piece that probably was made in the early part of the 20th century The bottle is mostly an off-white color. A thin line of gilt defines the edge of the shoe, separating it from the central porcelain portion. The spout protrudes about 1/4" from the center of the bottle. Unfortunately, not all of this gold line of trim remain. The shoe has a 1/2" heel. The shoe has a pointed toe which is delightfully decorated with applied porcelain leaves and flowers. A red-orange layered flower has been placed atop trailing green leaves and a spray of long, thin flowers which are yellow and brown. The red flower is delicate, curved and curling - raising off the surface of the shoe. White spots have been left uncolored on the red flower. It is possible that a small piece of one petal is broken off. I've never seen another bottle like this one so I cannot be certain. However, because of the way it was painted, it is hard to tell if the flower is complete, but I think it looks undamaged as it is. The white porcelain has a high gloss glaze including all but the two spots on the base on which the shoe sits. The flowers are lightly glazed, but appear to have more of a matte finish than the shoe. There are no marks of origin on this bottle.
