German China Long Oval Relish Bowl

This is a German china long oval relish bowl. The mark consists of buildings inside of a circle and the work Vessra on the bottom of the circle, then beneath the circle 'GERMANY' 'Handpainted' in script and a #4 on it's side. I have not found this mark in Kovel's book of marks, but they did not list every foreign mark. The bowl measures 12 7/8" by 5 3/16" by 1 1/2". Although the mark says hand-painted, I see little or no hand-painting on the bowl. I do believe that it comes from the beginnings of the 20th century. There are no chips, cracks, scratches, dings or other damage. Happy Collecting!!!!!
