Native American Sterling Turquoise and Coral Ring

This is a native American made sterling deep greenish turquoise and coral ring. I am guessing this to be about a size 8 but have no way to measure, I am just going by what size I wear. The ring part is out-around, or not circular. Sometimes when these rings are worn, they take on the shape of the finger that they are on although this is a little bit extreme. I apologise that the picture is blurred. This ring is not marked as to the maker or content. I date if from around the 1920's to '30's. Happy Collecting!!!!
