Hand Blown Blue Cruet with Amber Handle and Stopper

This is a hand blown blue glass cruet with a polished pontil and an amber applied handle and an amber stopper. It measures 7" tall and 3 1/4" in diameter. There is no damage but there is a stress crack at the top that was caused when the spout was pulled out and the glass was actually a little too cool already for this action. There is no damage wit the exception of the above manufacturer's flaw which should not effect the value. I do not know the maker of this, and date this from the beginning of the 1900's.
