Stretched out, this cape clip measures 9" long. The fork part of the clip measures 2 1/2" long and 2" wide. The brass, both the chain and the spring, has quite a bit of green patina or discoloration on it. The bakelite itself however is in really good condition. These are rare and hard to come by. The fork part is a cherry colored brown and the button part looks more like tortoise shell. Happy Collecting!
