Look at the side photos to see how three dimensional and layered the petals are! They are embossed with a texture like crocodile, and the center has a circle of violet colored rhinestones. The pin backing works perfectly. You could even wear this now with chocolate brown or black. It is a decent size, 2 inch in diameter. It is vintage, most likely from the 1960s. I can't forget to mention the orange rhinestone eyes he has too! All pieces of enamel, rhinestones, and fake pearls are in place too. As most items by the Art vintage jewelry company the color of metal is an antiqued gold tone. The turtle's shell is domed, and if you look closely you can see he has flippers, not feet. The sea turtle measures 2 inches long, 1 1/2 inches wide and 1 inch tall. If you have any questions please let me know.

Vermeil and sterling silver, large bulbous cabochons, baguettes, and round rhinestones. This piece was designed by Alfred Philippe, the premier designer at Trifari, in the early 1940s. The color combinations are great on both pieces The blue crown is missing some stones, but the other one is perfect, hence the great price break for two. The crowns are 1 3/4 inches wide and tall. 4 1/4 inches long and slightly over 1 inch wide in the center, this is a very large and colorful signed Miriam Haskell brooch. The center flower is adorned with a bulbous pink glass cabochon, and the ends have large green glass leaves with carved veins. Painted facial features, and a red leather collar secured to the back of his neck are other details that make this dog head pin unique. I think it is a type of great dane, but you be the judge. This piece is from the 1940s and shows some wear, the worst of which is the missing black paint on his nose. Marked sterling, but with a gold tone over top. Then it was delicately painted. There are 3 leaves and 2 beautiful blooms. It is 3 1/2 inches long and 2 inches wide at the largest part. Periwinkle flowers and one white on are surrounded in a gray glass borer, and then a silver tone scalloped frame. I think the frame is real silver, but I could not find a mark to verify. The only stamping is the word "Alpacca" on the back. The tiny glass piece of art is in great condition, and so it the pin mechanism. You can even string it on a chain and wear it like a pendant. 1 3/8 inches in diameter.
