Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays postage plus insurance and tracking costs. Buyer may decline insurance on totals under $25, but does so at own risk. All items (except stereoviews) are shipped USPS Priority within the US, or USPS Priority International to foreign addresses. Stereoviews will be shipped USPS First Class within the US or USPS First Class International elsewhere. E-mail me for the actual shipping costs to your address. Foreign shipping costs tend to be much higher then those within the US and a pre-purchase quote is highly recommended.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
Maine residents pay 5% state sales tax unless a signed copy of a valid State of Maine Resale Certificate is on file OR provided. Please e-mail any questions, allow at least 24 hours for response and be sure to put RUBY LANE into the header of your e-mail so that it doesn't get accidentally deleted as SPAM. IMPORTANT: In instances where multiple buyers are interested in a particular item, the first person to click on the "PURCHASE NOW" link and follow the instructions to complete the sale is the person to whom the item will be sold. Just e-mailing me with your intention to buy is NOT sufficient.
