New Martinsville Glass #725 Copper Blue Fan Vase

Striking Copper Blue Fan Vase from New Martinsville Glass circa 1926. This is their line #725 vase, which came in three sizes. This is the mid-size, measuring 7 3/4 inches at the tallest point.

The body has 12 panels which end is scallops on the rim and points on the foot. It is 7 3/4 inches tall, with the fan being 8 1/2 inches wide and 3 1/4 across. It is 3 3/4 inches across the foot.

This beautiful vase is in great condition with no chips, cracks or stains. There is some age-related base wear, and a shear (straw) mark that occurred in the making. New Martinsville just called the color blue, or sometimes cobalt blue. But it appears to be more of a brilliant copper blue to me.
