Pretty little striped top-hat vase from Fenton Glass, circa 1939. This French Opalescent vase has stripes of crystal clear glass and fiery white opalescence.

It is 3 inches tall. The brim of the hat is 4 3/8 x 3 3/4 inches wide. It is in good condition with no chips, cracks or stains.
