Once a roadside icon with a bright orange roof, the Howard Johnson chain of restaurants is down to just two locations. "HoJo's" was a favorite of travelers since the 1930's.

These glasses have white stripes and the classic Simple Simon and the Pie man logo. This logo was created for Howard Johnson in the 1930's by John Alcott and used extensively until the 70's.

Each glass is 6 inches tall and 3 inches across the top.It holds 14 ounces filled to the brim. They are all in good condition with no chips, cracks or stains.

These glasses were made for the restaurants by Libby Glass and have the cursive L logo on the bottom. There is also a etched star on the bottom with the numbers 4 and 9, indicating production in 1949.
