EAPG Spooner Beaded Grape Medallion Boston Silver 1869

A nice Antique Spoon Holder in the Beaded Grape Medallion pattern. Credited to Boston Silver Company circa 1869.

This Spooner is 5 1/2 inches tall, 3 1/2 inches across the top and 3 inches across the foot. It has a slightly flared rim with 12 scallops. The upper part of the body is clear. Below this is a thin horizontal stippled band with 6 beaded ovals. The lower part of the body is divided by three clear vertical lines. There are three stippled panels with a beaded oval in the center. Inside the oval is a vine with grapes. The stem is 9 sided. The foot of this is stippled on the underside and has three clear beaded ovals.

It is in good condition with no chips, cracks or stains.

I have another Beaded Grape Medallion Spooner available which does not have the horizontal band at the top, but does have a more ornate foot.
