Our Service Pledge To You:
I will respond to all orders within 24 hours, I guarantee the authenticity of all my items to the best of my knowledge and I will be happy to answer any questions you may have. I will treat all my customers as I would like to be treated as I want you to be happy with your purchase and to to return to my store often and refer your friends.

Return Policy
Ruby Lane and each of its independent shops want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of both the buyer and shop owner, we have a Return Policy that each Ruby Lane shop owner honors. View Return Policy now.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:
Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance. I will keep handling charges to a minimum and I will add insurance upon request. I will combine items for the most economical method of shipping for the customer.

Restocking Fee:
Our shop does not have a restocking fee.

Other Information:
I would ask that you please respond to my confirmation of purchase email within 2 days and that you mail your payment promptly so that I will receive it within 10 days.

If you are using paypal, I ask that you make your payment within 5 days.

Neglecting to confirm your purchase and make your payment will result in losing your item as I will re-list it.
