Welcome to Maiden Memories! This German printed post card features a Santa or Kris Kringle in a long "pinkish" rend robe with a basket of toys on his back. The basket takes the place of Santa's "sack". I see a doll there and a sword, horse and a drum.

Divided back, postally used with a one cent stamp. I think the post mark says 1908. The address and a short greeting of "Merry Xmas" is written in pencil. It looks like it was mailed to Vermillion, S.D.

In remarkable condition with only slightly bumped upper corners.
