Die cut birthday card with Thumper "thumping" out happy birthday to your favorite 3 year old child! Is it your child or your grandchild that needs this card or are you a collector of Walt Disney Productions or of the film Bambi? Almost 5" wide by 4.75" tall with cute graphics with a rhyming verse on the inside. Signed in black ink on the inside but otherwise in great condition, a little age related yellowing and one small smudge on the back (probably birthday cake from small fingers!).

Where were you on November 17th, 18th and 19th, 1967?? This is an un-posted post card for a concert featuring Bo Diddley and Lee Michaels in November 1967 at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco. Taken around the early 1870's by Bertrand & Jones in Cresco, Iowa this little guy is recorded for history posing in his funny little outfit. He seems quite proud of his clothes as you can see by his pose. If I didn't know better I would say he is wearing a modern hat by the looks of it, but I know he is not. Four old pieces of Victorian era advertisement that was used for scrapbooking. The oldest piece is the largest one and has a penciled date of 1881 on the reverse. The "lady" has been hand cut. There is also an ad for Gold Medal Coffee and a sweet Christmas card with pansies. They have all been previously glued in an album and the largest one measures 5.25"x7.25", the smallest 3.5"x4.5".

I've put three pieces of advertising scrap together that have similar color palettes. Two of them have previously been glued in an album, although years ago, and the one showing the mother with two babies on her lap still has the printed advertising on the back. Advertisement for Sweet Home Soap measures 2.75"x5", Household Sewing Machine Co. measures 2.75"x4.75" and has a corner missing and lastly the card with two children fishing measures3.5"x5.25".

This sweet ring has the softest of coral hand carved cameo mounted in a delicate and swirling yellow gold. I have tested and weighed this ring. The weight is 4.20 grams and the gold mounting is 14K. Inside of the ring there is a slight impression of a mark that could be 14K but to my eye it says 14A. I'm sure the mark is worn and it should read 14K. This ring either previously belonged to a VERY tiny woman or a young girl. The size is a 2 1/2 as measured on my old ring sizer. It's petite but the detail in the hand carving is just exquisite and is beautifully shown off by the gold mount. Welcome to Maiden Memories! Real Cowboys! The guy on the right looks the most authentic and his chaps are the greatest. I wonder who the little "non-cowboy" in the middle is. This card has been glued in an album and the back has glue residue. There is an AZO stamp area with two triangles up and two down which dates this care from 1918 to 1930. Welcome to Maiden Memories! I have seen this photographers chair in many of the photos I have. This photo, I believe was taken in SF by Abell and Welsh. I have others taken just by Abell in SF. The shoes on this little maiden are unusual, or at least I haven't seen ones like them before. They seem to have a big bow or show clip on them. I guess I would date this photo some where in the late 1860's to the late 1870's by the looks of the clothing and the prop. Too bad it has been trimmed.
