These hand-painted dinner plates were manufactured by Winfield in the 1940's until they were discontinued in 1949. The Dragon Flower pattern is a single, tall, pink, tan, and brown desert flower painted in long, sweeping strokes across the bottom of each plate. Each plate measures 10 1/2 inches in diameter. Each is marked "Winfield Ware Handcraft China, Santa Monica, Calif." All have surface scratches, as you might expect in vintage dinner plates, but there are no chips and the pattern is clear.
