CONDITION: Very fine antique condition with no dints, chips or breaks. Lids fit snugly and are not warped. Slight darkened patina on the gilt is well in keeping with age.

* We have another, similar piece acquired from the same owner that, while not bought together - was obviously purchased to go together. We will be listing it in a couple of days. Our client paid $395 for this one in a well known local antique shop in 1980 (which we know because the price stickers are still on all of their antique object...a way to keep records??? Anyway, he paid too much - and we've left this one in place!
