A very similar piece was on exhibit in the permanent collection at the VSL Museum in Belgium until the company was taken over recently and sadly, the Museum was closed. This beautiful plate typifies Val St Lambert at their award winning best period of Deco Art Glass. I don't know how to describe the color except to say it is divine!
CONDITION: Very good. A few tiny flea bites are well in keeping with age and use. No breaks or repairs. Wear has been reflected in the pricing. Signature & Markings in the old style VAL SI LAMBERT BELGIQUE can be clearly seen in the photographs. Circa 1930's
