The complicated design is reflective of the period when the finest jewelers were considered artists and delivered seamlessly, stunning pieces - as expected.
A substantial piece, the ring is primarily crafted of 18K red gold, with white gold used to set the diamonds. It features 2 Emerald cut natural Columbian Emeralds totaling .60 carat weight and 1 Emerald cut Diamond of .25 carat to the center of the bow. Surrounding this are 20 old cut diamonds totaling .40 carat for a total estimated gemstone weight of 1.25 carats. (A current Appraisal with full specifications is presently being done and will be provided for this piece.)
The top of the ring covers the finger from east to west, is .75" north to south and sits .25" high on the finger. This ring will work best for a lady with long fingers. Currently a size 7, we can custom re-size this ring up or down to a maximum of 2 full sizes without affecting the integrity of the shank. If you require a larger adjustment, we will need to consult with our jeweler before committing to the change. No charges are applicable for re-sizing.
Weight by scale: 8.2 grams.
CONDITION: In excellent, near antique condition, executed circa1920-1930. Import stamp is illegible. Custom crafted in Europe.
A current Gemological appraisal will be provided for this ring.
