Some loss to the sieved-clay grassy clump near the lantern, a smaller, tiny end-loss to the left-side clump. Rubbing wear to both men's noses. 3 specks of enamel loss to the backside of the darkest orange-red coat. I find no other issues.
The Kent Factory issued a later, different color, different base decoration version titled the "Inebriates No277" pictured Plate 12, p20, of Harding's 1875-1962 book.
I guarantee this to be an authentic Mid-Victorian Staffordshire Figure.
